"Just Cause" is a crucial framework in workplace discipline. Attendees will learn about the 7 seven steps employers should follow to ensure disciplinary actions are fair, consistent, and legally sounds, ultimately fostering a just and productive work environment. Participants will be able to articulate and apply the seven steps of Just cause discipline to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant employer disciplinary actions within their organization.
Jaimee Handsborough
With over two decades of leadership experience, including a decade in diverse Human Resources leadership roles, Jaimee brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her HR journey has spanned from learning and development initiatives to serving as a Senior HR Manager for large manufacturing facilities. Most recently, she is honored to be the Senior HR Manager for Soules Foods in Tyler, Texas.
Beyond Jaimeeās professional life, she is a proud wife of 15 years and dedicated mother to a boy and a girl. A fun fact about Jaimee: She is a native American, part of the Lumbee Indians tribe of North Carolina. Currently, Jaimee is challenging herself by training for a 10K run with her siblings, and she also hosts a self-care podcast on Apple and Spotify, which was launched in January 2025.
