Conflict is everywhere and unavoidable no matter how hard we try. And confrontation is a necessary byproduct. What you do with it is the key. If you have ever avoided saying what needed to be said because you hate conflict-- or regretted saying something in the heat of the moment, then this is the session for you. In this dynamic, high energy, and highly interactive training you will learn the best of the best conflict management skills. In this session you will learn what conflict is-- and what it means to confront someone. Julie will show you how to effectively manage conflict and confrontation in the real world, and with Julie, you will concentrate on “here’s how to do it” techniques--You will leave being able to handle any confrontational situation... with GREAT results!

Lunch will be provided and is included in the price of the event. Event registration will close on Friday, April 19th, so we can provide an accurate headcount to catering.

About the Speaker

Julie D. Burch has over 26 years' experience as a professional speaker, and she has had the privilege of speaking to audiences in all 50 states, 4 countries, St. Thomas, St. Croix, and Puerto Rico. She was honored with a guest appearance on “Good Morning America” where she was interviewed by Diane Sawyer and was named the 2017 Speaker Hall of Fame Inductee at SHRM’s HR Southwest Conference. She has served on the National Board of Directors for the American Business Women’s Association as well as the local board for CYT-Dallas Fort Worth.
