Breaking the Stigma: Open Conversation About Mental Health at Work

In this session, we’ll discuss how to break the stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace, with a focus on creating an open and supportive culture. We’ll explore actionable strategies that leadership can implement to identify mental health resources available in East Texas, and how to leverage them to build more resilient and productive teams. The goal is to equip leaders with practical tools to foster a workplace that prioritizes mental well-being, while also improving overall team performance and cohesion.
