Cindy supports TBC’s Mineola, Texas plant in addition to locations in Dallas. Tx. and Arizona. Cindy has been in human resources for over 18 years working for Trinidad Benham and in retail distribution for Target Corp. She deems herself an “accidental” HR professional in that many years ago, a former manager asked if she would like to come to work for him in the HR department. She did and was hooked! One of the things she enjoys most about working in human resources is the opportunity to mentor and develop others to help them achieve their career goals.
