About the Speaker

Eric Kolder is the managing partner of Kolder Law Firm, PLLC.  He is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on employment law compliance and litigation.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Eric worked as an accountant and passed the CPA exam, which helps him provide clients with legal advice from a real-world business perspective.  Eric was a partner with another law firm in Tyler from 2017 to 2023; however, he and his wife, Mary, have recently opened their own law firm and look forward to continuing to serve East Texas businesses with all their employment law needs.
