Toie Martin is a professional keynote speaker, author, consultant, and die-hard optimist. She is a native Texan and has been enjoying living here in the Tyler area for the past few years. Toie has two bachelor degrees from Midwestern State University in Health and Fitness Management and in Nursing, and an MBA from Texas Tech. She has been studying emotional intelligence and change management for the past decade and wrote her first book, Living Your Life with Possibilities, to help organizations achieve the competitive advantage of having a workforce that is engaged, knowledgeable, and prepared to create and adapt to what comes next.
